Prepare Kadhi: Frying pan mein baisan dal ker khusbu anay tak roast ker lein aur thanda ker lein. For Tadka Making Tadka for Kadhi. Heat Ghee in a small pan. Lower the heat to lower medium and add hing+cumin seeds to the pan.

Steps to make Kadhi with Tadka:
  1. First apology to not mention time before this.now first mix curd and gramflour properly and add=salt+turmeric+red chilli powder+black pepper powder+garam masala+kitchen king+coriander powder+cumin powder+hing+kasoori methi.mix well.do not leave lumps.add some water too
  2. Now boil it in a heavy base pan.stir until it start boiling.remenber kadhi takes time.cook atleast for 40 minutes
  3. Now after 30 minutes start preparing for tadka.roast in a pan add some sunflower oil.when it look very hot just add all seeds like=cumin,methi,coriander,mustard,curry leaves
  4. When it start changing colors just add chopped onion and ginger and garlic and green chilli
  5. Make them brown and add it to kadhi.now again stir it atleast for 15 to 20 minutes
  6. Yummy new style kadhi is ready

The kadhi with boondi on top looks spectacular. While preparing tadka/tempering play along with the ingredients.
