  1. In a large kadai add 3 tablespoon oil and 2 tbsp butter, heat it.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and saute well.
  3. Add boiled cauliflower, onions, capsicum and tomatoes step by step.
  4. Add boiled potatoes, cook and mash well.
  5. Add Dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, turmeric powder, salt to taste and kasuri methi.
  6. Add three drops of food colour.
  7. Add water for adjusting the consistency.
  8. Finally, add lemon juice coriander leaves and mix it well.
  9. At last add 2 tbsp Amul butter.
  10. Now the Bhaji is ready to serve. Serve it with Pav.
