- Put dal into it and add coriander leaves. Sambar is thick consistency and add some water and tamarind pulp and salt boil for 3 to 4 mix
- First wash urad daal and rice properly the water should be double in quantity of dal And rice
- Now soak them in water 4 to 5 hours now we will grind them for the batter
- We will add water And we will make a paste batter should not be so then it should be some thick
- Now leave batter for 20 hours in warm place to ferment it and now put batter in idli stand and make it in oven for 4 to 5 minutes
