  3. For the paneer eggs = Mix the all ingredients a bowl, shape into a small eggs and deep fry in hot oil for 30 sec.
  4. For the assembly= Take the birds nest, add a spoon of green chutney in the centre, add couple of leaves of fresh coriander and place 3 small paneer eggs over it. Serve hot with green chutney
