  3. Then grind spinach with green chilli
  4. Now heat oil in pan add cumin seeds bey leaf both cardamon Cinnamons and fry it fr 2 mints
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and fry 1 mint more
  6. Now put boil basmati rice and grind spinach salt and all spices according to taste and fry nicely on medium flame

  9. Mash boil potatoes First and add cornflour Salt and 2pinch mirch powder and 2 pinch gram masala in it and make small small ball of it and deep fry all balls
  10. Grind onion garlic ginger and green chilli nicely
  11. Heat oil in Pan add cumin seeds bey leaf and 1-2pinch hing
  12. Now add grind onion paste and fry it till turn colour brown
  13. Add tomato paste and fry
  14. Fry it on medium flame fr 5-7 mimts
  15. Add all spices salt and kasturi methi and fry again for 3-4 mints
  16. Now pour one glass water in it mix well and let it boil
  17. After 2-3 mints put all fried potato balls and in it
  18. Cover it and cook… Be careful balls didn't break… Always check it
  19. Now at last add chopped coriander and let gravy thick
  20. Koftas properly cook and gravy turns thick off the flame

  23. Take all purpose flour pinch of sugar Salt baking powder soda oil and curd and make dough of it
  24. Give it rest for 20-30 mints
  25. Now Heat iron tava… Take a dough and roll it in oval shape
  26. Apply water on one side of naan properly
  27. Now put naan on tava frm water side to stick Nicely on it
  28. When bubles comes grish it wth butter sprinkle some black till and chopped coriander
  29. Then turn tava and roast naan directly on high flame
  30. Roast it nicely… Now ready to serve..
