  7. Now heat oil in kadai and deep fry till golden brown
  8. For paneer eggs, mix the ingredients in a bowl and shape into small eggs & deep fry in hot oil for 30secs
  9. For assembling : take the birds nest add a spoon of green chutney in the centre, add couple of coriander leaves & place 3 small eggs over it
  10. Serve hot with green chutney & tomato ketchup
  11. Note : make sure there is no extra water in boiled potatoes.
