  4. Meanwhile in another pan, add 1 1/2 cup water, carrots, capsicum and beans. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now add roasted oats to the tempering and mix it well. Then add boiled veggies along with water, keep stirring.
  6. Add salt, mix well. Cover with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
  7. Later add lemon juice, sugar and coriander leaves.
