- For making tikkia boil potatoes. Mash or grate them evenly so that tikkias r made evenly add all the spices and make a smooth dough like
- Now grease ur hands with oil and make tikkis filling the peas stuffing in middle
- Now heat the griddle and cook the tikkis golden brown from both sides adding little oil on sides. Press them gently. And cook tikkis r ready for plating
- First keep the tikkis.spread both chutney on it.then chole.then grated carrots bhuna jeera salt.add again both the chutney.garnish with chopped onions, nylon sev,pomegranate Daane and green coriander..
