Instructions to make Bird nest:
- Boil the potatoes. Peel them and mash with the mesher in a bowl.
- Now mix all the spices in this and make a smooth mixture.
- Now in a bowl mix cornflour, maida and salt. Use water and make a little thick mixture. Use water a required.
- Now take a small portion of potato mix and give it a round shape with dent in the center. (Like the nest)
- Dip them in flour mixture. Take it out and cover with Vermicilli.
- Repeat the process with all and keep them on fridge for 30min so that they will be set.
- Now will make the eggs.
- Mash the panner with salt in it and give the shape of eggs.
- Fry them very little that they will not loose thier white colour. Keep aside.
- Now take out the nest from the fridge and fry them in hot oil nicely and gently till it will be golden brown.
- Now assemble the nest. Take one nest,put the eggs in it, 2-3 depend on your choice.
