  2. Simmer until sauce thicken then add the chili and fresh asparagus. Serve with steam rice.

I used Beef brisket because of its grains. Put some fresh pineapple extract and ofcourse shredded cheese. Traditionally, Caldereta is prepared using goat meat. But since it is rather difficult to come by, I opted to cook it with the more easily available meat…beef. Beef is actually the more preferred meat by many.
