  1. In a bowl add wheat,curd, semolina and salt. Add some water to make a paste. Place a lid on it and keep aside for 15 minutes.

  3. Now add potatoes peas and capsicum. Road for few minutes then add some water to combine all ingredients and add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Keep aside.
  4. Making dosa -now add spinach puree in dosa batter.mix well.add fruit salt and some water over it.Mix it lightly. Batter should be in dosa consistency.
  5. Now heat a non-stick tawa. sprinkle water on it.then wipe with kitchen towel.
  6. Take sufficient batter and spread on tawa like dosa. Drop some oil around it's sides
  7. Flip the dosa and put some filling in it once it turns light golden brown and crispy.Now fold it in desired shape.
