  3. Now take 1/2 cup arhar dal add carrots beans bottlegourd and add more vegetables if you want add sambhar masala turmeric powder salt and water as per need and give it a whistle 3-4 when cooked fry it with raai and curry leaves
  4. Now take a batter take a pan grease it with oil add a bowl of batter spread it evenly sprinkle some oil on top add masala potato and cover it cook both the side.
  5. In a grinder take coconut peanuts red chilli dried chana dal ginger 1/2 or 1 inch add water and salt.
  6. South indian meal is ready to serve
