- Take the butter and sugar and whisk till pale and fluffy
- Seive the flour coco powder baking powder and baking soda and gradually add it to the butter
- Now add milk and make a tight dough.
- Refrigerate for 30 mins
- Remove the dough and roll it.cut into desired shape
- Bake these cookies at preheated oven at 160 DCelsius for 10 mins
- ICECREAM:While the cookies are getting baked, prepare the ICE Cream.
- Whisk the cream and hung curd.Add the Vanilla extract and milkmaid and whisk again
- Once it's all creamy fill in a box and freeze
- Cool the cookies
- Once the ICE cream sets,make the sandwich
- Take 1 cookie put 1 scoop of vanilla ICE cream and sandwich with another cookie.
- If you wish you can add few chocochips
