- When it turns golden brown then add potatoes, salt, chilli, and any other masala which you eat. Mix it well cook for 2-3 more minutes and switch off the flame.
- Now apply little oil on nonstick tawa. Heat it and spread 1 ladle full of batter on it. Wait for 3-4 minutes and then change the side. Cook from both sides.
- Now apply filling on it. Roll it and serve with curd and green chutney.
