Instructions to make Dates shervani:
  1. Crush the dates in mixer jar.
  2. Add few water drops to mix well and make fine paste (don't add too much water)
  3. As less water you can store shervani for long time
  4. Now add ghee in pan
  5. And then add dates paste and crushed dry fruits in it and mix properly and stir well for 4_5 minutes
  6. Now it's time to make shape of shervani
  7. First wrap a silver foil paper on hard board or paper
  8. Little warm dates paste is easy to shape
  9. Now by knife edge draw shape on dates layer. Remove extra parts from shape
  10. Make turbon, shervani dupatta, broch, sword from paste of dates
  11. Combine all on board and decorate with all dry fruits, poppy seeds and sweet Balls as per image
