- Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add garlic, mustard seeds, cumin seeds,asafoetida,curry leaves saute then mix tomato puree,add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, fresh coriander mix all ingredients well then add cooked rice,mix well 3-4 minutes proper mix once done,transfer to the plate as your choice shape then sprinkle the coriander and serve hot rice with curd.
