Take A ball of dough place it between the palms and press giving shape of small roti than place it on.the plastic bag and with the help if your fingers keep pressing from all the sides and enlarging this into paratha.
- Now place it on the hot tava / flat pan and roast it on low to medium flame both the sides. Apply ghee or homemade butter for best taste. It takes 4 - 5 minutes for one paratha to be roasted nicely on low to medium flame since these parathas are thick. Serve with green chutney or simply enjoy with homemade butter.
