  5. Roll the dough into a small circular shape. Then grease ghee all over the roti.
  6. Fold the roti in such a way that it takes the shape of a square. Once again dust from flour on the rolling pin and roll the roti in the form of a triangle paratha.
  7. Heat tawa in medium heat and place paratha fry it both side for few seconds.
  8. Now packet the paratha and place the egg mixture and spread the egg mixture fully.
  9. Cook for few minutes add ghee and cook both side well.
  10. Make sure the paratha and the egg mixture inside is cooked well.
  11. Cut into the pieces and serve with tomato sauce.
