- Again heat the wok add some mustard oil then add fenugreek seeds and red chilli temper it then add prepared paste saute it on low lower flame for 10 mins then add chopped tomatoes salt as per your taste mix well now cover and cook for 5 mins lower flame until your spices till leaves the oil now add water as your requirement bring a boil then add fried fish, dry mango powder cook for 5 to 8 mins.
