  4. When the oil is hot enough add your chopped onions…(hot oil gives that nice smell when you put onions)stirl until soft.
  5. Add garlic chopped..add your spices now…stirl until the onions are brown…. (The brown onions will give they brown colour to the rice).but don't let them turn black.
  6. Add water,adjust your salt to your liking…drain the rice and add it to the beef stir to have i t uniformed. Cover and let it cook under low heat.
  7. Before it dries up switch off the heat and let it simmer.
  8. Serve with kachumbari salad
