- Add garlic chopped..add your spices now…stirl until the onions are brown…. (The brown onions will give they brown colour to the rice).but don't let them turn black.
- Add water,adjust your salt to your liking…drain the rice and add it to the beef stir to have i t uniformed. Cover and let it cook under low heat.
- Before it dries up switch off the heat and let it simmer.
- Serve with kachumbari salad
