Now add the first layer of rice over it, and top it with mint leaves, some ghee, fried onion, and tomato pieces. Now add the left rice into the pot and top it with some black pepper powder and lil bit garam masala powder and ghee. Now pour the orange and yellow colour and make sure both colour should not be mixed.
  6. Now put the pot on high flame and cover the pot with aluminium foil and cover the lid and put some heavy thing on the lid. After 5 minutes slow down the flame and cook for atleast 25 to 30 mins.
  7. Once it's done, mix the chicken and rice carefully. Now Dum Biryani is ready to serve hot…..!
