Steps to make Whosayna’s Aaloo and Mirchi Pakoras:
- Peel potatoes and wash them, thick slice all potatoes. - In a bowl put both flour, add spices and baking powder, mix well add water little at a time and mix keeping whisking and adding little water till you get thick batter, should not be very thick though. Put all potato slices in it and mix well. - Keep a wok on flame with oil in it, when oil is hot put one by one coated slice till it's covered up, when one side has crisped up toss slices the other side. Remove on strainer.
- When all done put on a platter with kitchen paper on it. Can also fry 6-7 Green Chillies using left over batter in bowl. Serve with Chilli Tomato Chutney and Tamarind Sauce
