  5. Add all the additives (nuts, sweet ball, asharfi) on top or add during serving.
  6. Now put the pot over pre-heated steamer (tawa). Tightly close the pot lid. And slow down the flame to make a steam inside. Wait for 15-20 minutes. Till all the moisture dries up and rice get fully cooked and softens.
  7. Now the zarda is ready to eat
