- Get 1/2 cup rava(suji, semolina)
- Make ready 1 glass milk

Take semolina and curd in a big mixing bowl. Perfect suji halwa for a break first. This Rava upma is made the easiest way by simply cooking dry roasted wheat semolina (rava) in water that is tempered with. Recently I started making Instant plain rava idli (suji ki idli) without any seasoning for the sake of Raksha.
Instructions to make Rava(suji) puding:
- Heat ghee in a pan add rava & saute on a low flame for 3-4 mins while stirring occasionally
- Add the milk, mix well
- When the milk becomes slightly thick then add sugar, cardamom powder, charoli,raisins,mix well and turn off flame.
- Garnish with chopped strawberries, charoli,raisins.Chill for 4 hrs before serving
