  5. Cut an apple size ball from dough and make it's big roti
  6. In a bowl take 2 spoons ghee 1 spoon rawa,1 spoon Maida and mix it this paste to apply in that big roti
  7. Roll this roti and cut it in 2 inches sizes pieces
  8. Press these pieces by hand and press rolling pin vertically and make khaja shape
  9. Make all khaja in this way
  10. Heat ghee or oil in a kadhai and deep fry all khajas
  11. In a pan add 2 cups sugar 1 cup water, 1 tspn kesar and make one thread sugar syrup
  12. After deep fry dip all khajas in syrup and undip immediately
  13. Crispy khajas are ready
