Steps to make Khaja:
  1. Add maida, 1 tbsp ghee and salt and mix well.
  2. Divide it in 2 half portions and in one portion add beetroot juice and second portion remain the same.
  3. Add little water and make dough from both portions.
  4. Take a portion from the plain dough and roll it with a rolling pin. Take a portion from beetroot dough and roll it with a rolling pin. And put it on one another.
  5. Apply ghee on both rolls and turn it from one side and roll it to another end.
  6. After it cut it on small peices and press it slightly like a oval.
  7. Deep fry on mediun to slow flame till it change the colour.
  8. In a pan add sugar, water, and elachi and boil it till it makes one string chasni. Now dip the fried one in it.
  9. Put some chopped badam and serve.
