- After one week, take it out. When it reaches room temperature. Churn it for 5mins. Add 100 ml water churn it for 5 minutes. Then again 100ml water and churn again for 5 minutes.
- When Butter gets collected,stop churning. Separate butter and whey water. Whey water is rich in protein, so drink it.
- In a kadaai add this Butter and heat it in SIM. When Butter melts fully add washed dried leaves. Stir it occasionally.
- When the crust turns brown, turn off the stove. Filter ghee. Add the crust to hot cooked rice and eat. It's good for health and tastes awesome.
