- Jab tak oil garam ho TB tak maide ka peda le.use bele.rectangular shape as thin as possible.
- Jab bel le to 1/2 tsp ghee Jo rkha tha wo lagale.
- Fir 1 tsp rice flour fela de.
- Ab slowly slowly roll Krna shuru karein.tightly roll Krna hai.end me thoda water lagakar band kar de roll ko.
- Fir roll kar lene ke baad roll ko thoda aage peeche rolling karein.
- Ab cut kar le.
- Fir hand se thoda press karein.
- Fir lightly bel le
- Garam oil me dale.on medium flame. 7-8 min.me golden fry ho jayenge.
- Or layer bhi thodi alag honi shuru ho jayengi.
- Ab chashni bhi ready ho jayengi.thick chashni nahi krni hai,jalebi syrup jesi ho.
- 5-7 min.khaja ko chashni me rakhein or fir nikal le.
- Khaja chashni se nikalne ke baad,til sprinkle karein. Khaja sweet ready hai.
