  6. Jab tak oil garam ho TB tak maide ka peda le.use bele.rectangular shape as thin as possible.
  7. Jab bel le to 1/2 tsp ghee Jo rkha tha wo lagale.
  8. Fir 1 tsp rice flour fela de.
  9. Ab slowly slowly roll Krna shuru karein.tightly roll Krna hai.end me thoda water lagakar band kar de roll ko.
  10. Fir roll kar lene ke baad roll ko thoda aage peeche rolling karein.
  11. Ab cut kar le.
  12. Fir hand se thoda press karein.
  13. Fir lightly bel le
  14. Garam oil me dale.on medium flame. 7-8 min.me golden fry ho jayenge.
  15. Or layer bhi thodi alag honi shuru ho jayengi.
  16. Ab chashni bhi ready ho jayengi.thick chashni nahi krni hai,jalebi syrup jesi ho.
  17. 5-7 min.khaja ko chashni me rakhein or fir nikal le.
  18. Khaja chashni se nikalne ke baad,til sprinkle karein. Khaja sweet ready hai.
