  5. Fold again and from the middle stretch
  6. Take the pointed point and turn inside out as per photo
  7. Deep fry in low heat
  8. Remove and soak in sugar syrup and garnish with pistachios
  9. Method for sugar syrup. Too be done beforehand and when dipping should be warm. In a pan add sugar and water and bring it to boil. Now let it boil on slow flame until one thread consistency. Add lemon juice to syrup so it stops crystallising
