Steps to make Khaja:
- Add ghee and salt to oil. Knead dough using warm water.
- Add warm ghee to rice flour and mix it nicely.
- Make equal size big roti out of dough. Add flour and ghee saata on one roti. Cover with other roti. Add saata again and roll it tightly.
- Cut equal size rolls out of it. Press it flat with fingers.
- Fry all khaja in warm oil on medium flame.
- Fry until crisp and done.
- Make sugar syrup of one string. Add Khaja to warm syrup. Coat it nicely.
- Khaja is ready to serve.
