Instructions to make Khaja:
  1. Add ghee and salt to oil. Knead dough using warm water.
  2. Add warm ghee to rice flour and mix it nicely.
  3. Make equal size big roti out of dough. Add flour and ghee saata on one roti. Cover with other roti. Add saata again and roll it tightly.
  4. Cut equal size rolls out of it. Press it flat with fingers.
  5. Fry all khaja in warm oil on medium flame.
  6. Fry until crisp and done.
  7. Make sugar syrup of one string. Add Khaja to warm syrup. Coat it nicely.
  8. Khaja is ready to serve.
