International Delight's Mocha Iced Coffee is a delicious blend of coffee and cocoa. It's always ready, right in your fridge. Iced Mocha Mint Frappe is a refreshing summer drink made with ice coffee, chocolate ice cream and mint extract! Top it with whipped cream and enjoy!
Steps to make Mocha Delight:
- Boil water and add 2 tbsp of coffee and sugar and let it cook for a while. After that dip your cake rusk in that coffee mixture one by one and take them out and start setting a layer in your serving dish.
- Once the cake rusk layer is set, put it aside and start making mocha cream mix.
- Mocha cream mix: beat the cream and whipped cream together with the help of an electric beater until the soft peaks forms, add in the to taste sugar (*according to the sweetness you like)
- Dissolve 1 tbsp of coffee in 2 tbsp of water and mix this into mocha cream mix with the help of spatula. Now pour the fluffy cream mix over the cake rusk layer.
- Pour some chocolate ganache or chocolate syrup on the top and dust some cocoa powder. Sprinkle the chocolate chunks. Now refrigerate it for 4 hours and put it in freezer 1 hour before serving.
