Instructions to make Mango Khaja:
  1. Peel and chop alphenzo and make pulp.
  2. Now take maida in parat add rava salt ghee mix well. And Knead dough with alphanzo pulp.and keep it a side for 10mins.
  3. Now take sugar nadd water in same quantity and stir to make chashni.
  4. Mix rice flour and ghee mix properlyn make smooth mixture.
  5. Roll 2 thick puri from dough nspread rice flour mixture. Put one puri on another. Again spread mixture and make a roll. Cut from middle just press and again roll thick puri.
  6. Fry on midslow flame.deep in chashni. Take out in a plate garnish with chopped nuts. Yummy delicious Mango khaja is ready to serve.
