  18. Prepare 3-4 tbsp khajoor imli chutney
  19. Get green chutney
  20. Prepare Handful fresh Dhania
  21. Take 1 tbsp Mint
  22. Make ready 2 Green chillies
  23. Take 2 tbsp Green garlic
  24. Make ready to taste Salt
  25. Prepare 1 tsp Zeera pwdr

Steps to make Sufoot:
  1. Prepare the green chutney by adding all the ingredients.Make the chutney thick
  2. Prepare the curd… Whisk the curd along with salt,pepper, sugar and Zeera pwdr
  3. TEMPERING of curd-Heat oil add the Zeera and curry leaves, when the leaves are fried add the red chillies pwdr and put the tempering over the curd and keep aside
  4. Slice the cucumbers, tomatoes and capsicum
  5. ASSEMBLING-Take1 slice of the sandwich bread and apply the chutney
  6. Arrange the cucumber and pour 2 tbsp of the tempered dahi
  7. Add 1 tsp imli chutney
  8. Place another slice of bread and apply green chutney and place the tomato slices on top
  9. Again pour 2 tbsp curd and 1 tsp imli chutney
  10. Again place the 3 to slice of bread, apply green chutney and now place the sliced capsicum
  11. Again pour 2 tbsp curd, and 1 tsp imli chutney
  12. Repeat the process till all the ingredients are used and finally pour all the leftover curd on top
  13. Garnish with sev and fresh Dhania and sprinkle some Bhakarwadi
  14. Serve immediately
