- In a bowl, take a maida flour, add oil and knead the dough with cold water. Then rest it for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile put oil-ghee in a bowl, add cumin seeds. Then add ginger chili paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Then add mung dal, garam masala, sugar and mix well. When the mixture cools down, grind it in a mixer jar. Add sesame seeds to the prepared stuffing and mix well.
- Now take flour balls and roll roti from it, add mungdal stuffing and make kachori. Fry the prepared kachoris in the oil till they turn golden brown. So the crispy moong dal's kachori is ready ……….
