- For tadaka: Add 1tbs vegetable oil in Tadaka pan on low heat, add mustard and jeera seeds, add chana and urad daal let it be crispy add curry leaves, red chilies and lastly pinch of asafoetida and put it on the Chutney. Ready to eat with hot rice or Idly-Dosa.
