Make the pilau masala: In a medium bowl, combine the cumin, paprika, cardamom, black pepper, and cloves. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat.

- Fry the diced onion, crushed garlic and ginger in oil till golden brown. Add the boiled beef and stir occasionally.
