Instructions to make Wada pav:
  1. Take a pan,add oil and heat it and then put mustard seeds, asafoetida, ginger garlic paste and then salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and then potatoes mix well and cook.
  2. Prepare red chutney take a glass of mixer and then put red chillies, Salt and coconut crush and mix it
  3. Prepare green chutney take a glass of mixer and then put Jeera, bhujiya sev, Salt, coriander leaves, peanut, garlic and mix.
  4. Preparing Besan take a big bowl and then add Besan, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, Salt, baking soda, water and mix.
  5. Make balls of potatoes sabji and then heat the pan for deep fry
  6. Take the pav and cut from middle and then apply red chutney one side and then green chutney another side keep vadas on middle and then serve
