- Prepare green chutney take a glass of mixer and then put Jeera, bhujiya sev, Salt, coriander leaves, peanut, garlic and mix.
- Preparing Besan take a big bowl and then add Besan, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, Salt, baking soda, water and mix.
- Make balls of potatoes sabji and then heat the pan for deep fry
- Take the pav and cut from middle and then apply red chutney one side and then green chutney another side keep vadas on middle and then serve
