  1. Take 1 Cup tamarind paste (puli karaisal)
  2. Prepare To Taste salt
  3. Take To Taste Asafetida
  4. Take 2 Cups water
  5. Prepare 1 Tablespoon oil
  6. Get 1 Pinch mustard Seeds
  7. Get 3 chilles red
  8. Prepare Tablespoon veapam poo (dry neem flower)

Veppam Poo Rasam Recipe is a healthy rasam with addition of Neem flowers, made across Tamil households. It goes well with some steamed rice or can even be had as is. Veppam Poo Rasam is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Curries. Once it crackles, add curry leaves, red chilli and green chilli.
