  4. Switch off the flame and let the mix cool for couple of minutes. Then take a dish or tray or plate and grease it with some oil. Now place the mixture in the tray and spread the mixture all over the dish.
  5. Let it cool for some time. You can even refrigerate it for some time. Then cut the mixture in desired shapes and sizes. Once cut u can either shallow fry or deep them.
  6. I shallow fried the fritters.
  7. Once done you can enjoy the fritters with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
