- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add mustard seeds. Once splatter add Chana Dal. Roast it until golden brown. Add curry leaves, green chillies. Saute all.
- Add dalia, oats, moong dal, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt. Stir all.
- Cover the lid. Cook it until 2 whistles on medium heat.
- Garnish with coriander leaves Serve hot with plain curd or any raita.
