  6. Take to taste Chopped green chilli acc
  7. Prepare 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  8. Get 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  9. Make ready 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  10. Take 1 tbsp dry mango powder
  11. Make ready 2 tbsp oil

This is a North Indian style recipe with just perfect blend of. I get Okra from the Indian store and they seem to always have a lot in stock. Get green and young okra and try it in one. Okra, called bhindi in Hindi (or lady fingers in Indian English, which has to be the cutest name for So we have my bhindi masala, which is a dry fry Indian okra.

  2. Then add sliced onions and mix them well saute for 2 mnts. Then add baby onions and saute them for 2 to 3 mnts.
  3. Then add all spices one by one.
  4. Cook till turns crispy..cook it uncovered if u want nonsticky flavour.
  5. In last add dry mango powder.mix well and switch off the gas. If u want some more tangyness than add some drops of lemon juice
