  2. Get & 1/4 cups rice soaked

  5. Add some salt, stir then add the water and let it come to a boil.
  6. Once it boils, add rice, stir then let it cook until all the liquid is eliminated.
  7. Reduce the heat to low, cover completely and let it slow cook until completely dry or you can pop it in the oven preheated to 180°C for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve & enjoy.
