- Keep these in a tray and let them prove for another 1 1/2hr
- After 1 1/2 hr it will double in size
- Now heat some oil in wok, once the oil seems to be medium hot, throw in a small centre of donut to check whether it's hot enough. If it's starts bubbling after a second it's ready
- Add donuts and fry on medium flame
- Fry till golden brown
- Once fried transfer to a plate
- Now coat the donut with white and dark chocolate sauces and decorate however u want
- To prepare dark chocolate sauce add 100 grms dark chocolate & 70ml milk to a saucepan and heat in a medium flame. Stir regularly until smooth.
- To prepare white chocolate sauce add 100gm white chocolate and 50ml milk, procdure is same like dark chocolate sauce.
