  15. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

  17. Get as required Oil for frying

  21. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  24. Get Lukewarm water to Knead dough

Instructions to make Malai kofta with butter naan:
  1. For malai kofta: take a bowl and add mashed paneer in it, add boiled and peeled potatoes and mash them too. Now add 1 tablespoon maida, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix all well. Now make oval shaped balls of this mixture.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and coat every ball of paneer with dry maida and fry till golden brown.
  3. Now add jeera to oil, then add ginger garlic paste saute and then add onion paste and saute it till it changes it's colour to light brown. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well. Add mixture of cream and curd and mix it well and keep mixing it till you feel oil is slightly separated from mixture. Now add tomato paste and again saute it for 1 min.
  4. Mix corn flour and rest of maida in a bowl and make smooth paste with water. Now add this corn flour mixture to your pan or tadka. Mix all well and add salt to it. Cover with a lid for 2 mins. Gravy is ready for malai kofta. Now add balls to gravy and cook it for 1 min and switch off your flame. Garnish with kasoori methi and serve.
  5. For butter naan. Take a bowl and add all ingredients of butter naan except water. Now add water slowly slowly to make a soft dough. Cover with a wet napkin and keep it for fermentation for atleast 5 to 6 hours. After it get fermented again Knead it softly and make balls of this dough and roll them to make naans of these balls. Now preheat your tandoor and place these naans in tandoor. Apply butter on naans and serve hot with our malai kofta.
