- Marinate chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, slited green chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.

- Heat ghee in a pan. - Add marinated chicken pieces. Cook on high flame for 5min. - Add red chilli powder and tomato puree.
- Mix and cook for 2-3mins. - Add the fried onion paste.
- Mix well and cook for 2mins. - Now add cashew and melon seeds paste.
- Add nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and garam masala powder. - Mix well. - Add salt to taste. - Finally add coconut milk.
- Mix and cook covered for 12-15mins or till chicken cooked properly.
- Serve hot with any Indian bread or rice.
