- Take Coriander,mint,green chillies and spinach and make fine smooth paste of it
- Add yogurt,salt and other dry masala powder in a bowl and mix well
- Now add boneless chicken pieces in this yogurt masala and marinate for atleast 1 hour
- Now heat oil in a pan add sliced onion when colour change add ginger and garlic paste and saute till raw smell gone
- Now add salt and tomato paste and saute
- Now add marinate chicken mix it,cover it and cook it till tender
- Now add grind spinach and coriander masala and chopped methi leaves in it and saute it
- When masala roast add khoya in this and simmer it for 2 minutes
- When oil released in vessel wall now switch off gas
- Now Hariyali Khoya Chicken is ready to serve
- Serve this hot with rice or chapati, sprinkle some khoya over the top at time to serve
